Already since 1987, Ingenieurbüro Goebel GmbH has been an official partner of the American SLT medical laser manufacturer, which is now called PhotoMedex.
Our tasks include attending to the European customers of SLT and Photo Medex respectively in the areas of technical service and science.
We can help them with the procurement in Germany and in other EU Member States where SLT and/or PhotoMedex do not have any marketing partner.
The products of SLT and Photo Medex are:
- neodymium-doped YAG lasers
- holmium lasers
- diode lasers
- excimer lasers
Technical safety inspections
The operators have to perform technical safety inspections – or arrange for them to be carried out – of those medical devices which are listed in Appendix 1 of the German Ordinance for Constructing, Operating and Using Medical Devices (MPBetreibV).
The technical safety inspection is a measure for establishing and evaluating the actual condition of technical safety of an active, non-implantable, medical device according to Appendix 1 of the German Ordinance on Constructing, Operating and Using Medical Devices.
The objective of the technical safety inspection is to detect
any defects in the equipment and dangers in good time before they affect the patients, users and third parties.
We will test the following aspects for you:
- photo-coagulators and laser coagulators
- laser surgical instruments
- laser therapeutic equipment
- IPL system
according to:
- EN 60601-1 of March 1996,
- EN 60601-2-22 of December 1996
- EN 60601-2-22, 1st report of November 2006.
